အမွတ္တရ ပင္လုံ (၁)

မဟာရ႒ာဘိသာမဂၢီ ေစတီေတာ္ႏွင့္ ျပည္မေတာင္တန္း ပူးေပါင္းေရးစာခ်ဳပ္ ေက်ာက္တိုင္

မႏွစ္က (၂၀၁၀) က ပင္လုံကို အလည္ေရာက္ခဲ့တယ္။ ထီတေမာင္းရြာကအျပန္မွာ ေနာင္တရားဆိုတဲ့ ၿမိဳ႕ငယ္ေလးကေန ေတာင္ၾကီး၊ အဲဒီကမွ ပင္လုံကို သြားခဲ့တာပါ။ ေမလ (၂၉) ရက္ေန႔မွာ ပင္လုံကို ေရာက္ၿပီး၊ ဂြ်န္လ (၂) ရက္ေန႔မွာ ျပန္လာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ေဒသခံ ဦးဇင္းတစ္ပါးႏွင့္ လုိက္သြားျဖစ္ခဲ့တာပါ။ တစ္ခါမွ ေသခ်ာမျမင္ဖူးေသးတဲ့ ျပည္မ ေတာင္တန္း ပူးေပါင္းေရး ေက်ာက္တိုင္ကို ျမင္ခ်င္တာကလဲ သြားလည္ခ်င္တာရဲ႕ အေၾကာင္းေတြထဲက တစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီခရီးက မွတ္မိတာေလးေတြကို ဓာတ္ပုံေလးေတြႏွင့္ တြဲ၊ ပင္လုံ စာခ်ဳပ္အေၾကာင္း နဲနဲျဖည့္ၿပီး မွတ္တမ္းတင္ထား လိုက္ပါတယ္။

ပင္လုံၿမိဳ႕ (31st May 2010)

ပင္လုံက လိြဳင္လင္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ထဲက ၿမိဳ႕တစ္ၿမိဳ႕ပါ။ ေတာင္ၾကီးၿမိဳ႕မွ (၆၄) မိုင္ ကြာေဝးၿပီး လိြဳင္လင္ၿမိဳ႕ႏွင့္ေတာ့ (၆) မိုင္သာ ေဝးပါတယ္။ ေတာင္ပတ္လည္ ကာရံဝိုင္းထားတဲ့ ဒီၿမိဳ႕ေလးက ေနခ်င္စဖြယ္ပါ။ ရွမ္း၊ ပအိုဝ္း၊ ဗမာ၊ ဓႏု၊ ပေလာင္၊ တရုပ္၊ ေတာင္ရိုး၊ ရွမ္းတရုပ္၊ ယင္း (ယန္)၊ ယင္းနက္စတဲ့ လူမ်ိဳးေပါင္းစုံေနထိုင္ၾကတယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ ဒီထဲက ယင္းနက္လူမ်ိဳး ဆုိတာကိုေတာ့ ၾကားဖူးၾကသူ နည္းမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။ 

ေတာင္ေပၚေဒသမွာပဲ ေနေနၾကတဲ့ ယင္းနက္ေတြက သူတို႔ဘာသာ စကားပဲ ေျပာဆိုၾကၿပီး သူတို႔အဝတ္ သူတို႔ ယက္လုပ္ ဝတ္ဆင္ၾကဆဲ ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ေဒသခံတစ္ေယာက္က ရွင္းျပပါတယ္။ ပင္လုံႏွင့္ နီးတဲ့ အခ်ဳိ႕ယင္းနက္လူမ်ိဳး (ဥပမာ က်ဴယုံရြာသူ ရြာသား) ေတြက ရွမ္းစကားကို သင္လာၾက ေျပာလာၾကၿပီး အဝတ္အစားလည္း ရွမ္းလိုပဲ ဝတ္ဆင္လာၾကတယ္လို႔ သူက ဆက္ရွင္းျပတယ္။

ပင္လုံက အခ်ိဳ႕လမ္းနာမည္ေတြက စိတ္ဝင္စားဖြယ္ရာပါ။ ၿမိဳ႕ဂိတ္ကေန ဝင္သြားလို႔ရွိရင္ စစ္စံထြန္းလမ္း၊ သခင္ျမလမ္း၊ ဦးဘခ်ိဳလမ္း၊ မန္း ဘခိုင္လမ္း၊ ဦးဘဝင္းလမ္းတို႔ကို အစဥ္အတိုင္းေတြ႔ရမွာပါ။ က်ဆုံးသြားတဲ့ အာဇာနည္ပုဂၢိဳလ္ၾကီး အခ်ိဳ႕ရဲ႕ နာမည္ေတြကို ဂုဏ္ျပဳၿပီး မည့္ထားတယ္။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ၾကီး ခင္ညြန္႔ အာဏာရွိစဥ္က လုပ္ခဲ့တယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ အဲဒီ လမ္းနာမည္ေတြကို ျမင္ရတာ ၾကည္ႏူးမိပါတယ္။

ပင္လုံဟာ ခုထိလဲ ၿမိဳ႕ငယ္ေလးပါပဲ။ ဒါေပမဲ့ သမိုင္းအတြက္ေတာ့ သူက အေရးပါပါတယ္။ ျပည္မ ေတာင္တန္း ပူးေပါင္းေရး အတြက္ အစည္းအေဝးကို ပင္လုံမွာ ၁၉၄၆ ခု မတ္လ (၁) ရက္ေန႔မွ (၁၂)ရက္ေန႔ အထိ က်င္းပခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ 

ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္း ေခါင္းေဆာင္တဲ့ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ အဖြဲ႔ဟာ လြတ္လပ္ေရးအတြက္ ၿဗိတ်သွ် အစိုးရႏွင့္ ‘ေအာင္ဆန္း - အက္တလီ’ စာခ်ဳပ္ကို ၁၉၄၇ ခု၊ ဇန္နဝါရီလ (၂၇) ရက္ေန႔တြမွာ ခ်ဳပ္ဆိုႏိုင္ခဲ့တယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ အဲဒီစာခ်ဳပ္ရဲ႕ အပိုဒ္ (၃)၊ (ဂ) မွာ “ေတာင္တန္းေဒသ ျပည္နယ္မ်ား အတြက္မူ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ လူမ်ိဳးစု ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား ကိုယ္တိုင္က ဗမာျပည္မႏွင့္အတူ လြတ္လပ္ေရး ရယူကာ ‘ယူနီယံ’ေခၚ ျပည္ေထာင္စု ပုံစံျဖင့္ ေနလိုေၾကာင္း အခုိင္အမာ စာခ်ဳပ္တစ္ခု လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုး ခ်ဳပ္ဆိုေပးၾကရမည္” လိ႔ု ၿဗိတိသွ် အစိုးရက ထည့္သြင္းခဲ့တယ္။ ဒီအတြက္ အစည္းအေဝး က်င္းပဖို႔ လိုလာပါတယ္။  

အဲဒီ လိုအပ္လာတဲ့ အစည္း အေဝးကို ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ ပင္လုံမွာ  က်င္းပခ့ဲၾကတာပါ။ ၁၉၄၇ ခု ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ (၃)ရက္ ေန႔မွာ စၿပီး က်င္းပခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္တဲ့။ ေဖာ္ေဖာ္ဝါရီလ (၁၁) ရက္ေန႔တြမွာ က်င္းပတဲ့ အစည္းအေဝးကို ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းတက္ေရာက္ကာ “ျပည္နယ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ျပည္မ ပူးေပါင္းကာ ျပည္ေထာင္စု အသြင္ျဖင့္ လြတ္လပ္ေရး ရယူျခင္းသည္သာ အေကာင္းဆုံးျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း” ရွင္းလင္း ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။

ျပည္မ ေတာင္တန္း ပူးေပါင္းေရး စာခ်ဳပ္ေက်ာက္တိုင္

ရွင္းလင္းခ်က္ကို အားလုံး သေဘာေပါက္ နားလည္ၾကၿပီး ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းကိုလဲ ယုံၾကည္ ၾကတာေၾကာင့္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုမူကို လက္ခံၾကတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ (၁၂) ရက္ေန႔၊ နံနက္ (၁၀) နာရီမွာ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္း  အမွဴးျပဳတဲ့ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ (၂၃) ဦးဟာ ျပည္ေထာင္စုပုံစံ လြတ္လပ္ေရး အတြက္ ပင္လုံ ညီညြတ္ေရး စာခ်ဳပ္ကို လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုးခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္တဲ့။ အဲဒီအတြက္ “ျပည္မ ေတာင္တန္း ပူးေပါင္းေရးစာခ်ဳပ္ ေက်ာက္တိုင္”ကို စိုက္ထူခဲ့ၾကတာပါ။ ဒီစာခ်ဳပ္ကိုပဲ အေၾကာင္းျပဳၿပီး ျပည္ေထာင္စုေန႔ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာတာလဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ဂ်နီဖာ လိုပက္(ဇ္) ဗုဒၶဘာသာသို႔ ေျပာင္းလာေလၿပီ

လန္ဒန္၊ ေအာက္တိုဘာ ၉၊ ၂၀၀၄။ အေက်ာ္အေမာ္ေတြဟာ ဗုဒၶဘာသာကို ထူးထူးဆန္းဆန္း စိတ္ဝင္စား စြဲမက္မႈရွိၾကဟန္တူပါရဲ႕။ ဒီတစ္ခါ ဗုဒၶဘာသာကို ဆက္ခံသူကေတာ့ လက္တီလို ဒီဗာ ဂ်နီဖာ လိုပက္(ဇ္) ပါပဲ။

သတင္းအရေတာ့ Wedding Planner မင္းသမီးဟာ တြဲဖက္သရုပ္ေဆာင္ ရစ္ခ်ဒ္ ေဂး (Richard Gere)ႏွင့္ ဘာသာေရး ေဆြးေႏြးေျပာဆိုမႈ အၾကိမ္အေတာ္မ်ားမ်ား အၿပီးမွာ ရစ္ခ်ဒ္ ေဂးရဲ႕ ဗုဒၶဘာသာ အေပၚမွာ စူးစိုက္ ႏွစ္ျမွဳပ္ထားမႈက ဗုဒၶဘာသာကို လက္ခံယုံၾကည္ဖို႔ လႈံ႕ေဆာ္ေပးေလာက္ေအာင္ကို သူမကို စြဲမက္ေစပါတယ္ လို႔္ သဆန္း သတင္းစာက ေရးပါတယ္။

"ဒို႔ေတြ ကၾကရေအာင္လား (Shall We Dance)" ဇာတ္ကားမွာ ေဂးႏွင့္ တြဲဖက္သရုပ္ေဆာင္ထားသူ လုိပက္က သူမဟာ ပိုမိုျမင့္မားတဲ့ စြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္ႏွင့္ ေကာင္းျမတ္တဲ့ လူသားတစ္ဦးျဖစ္ဖို႔ရာ အလြန္တရာ အေရးၾကီး ပါတယ္ဆိုတာေတြကို သတိထားမိလာပါၿပီလို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။

"ကမၻာေလာကၾကီးမွာ စြမ္းအားတစ္ခုရွိပါလားလို႔ အခုေတာ့ ကြ်န္မသိပါၿပီ။ ေကာင္းျမတ္မႈႏွင့္ ေမတၱာတရားကုိ ရွင္က ၿငိမ္းသတ္လိုက္ရင္ ၿငိမ္းသတ္မႈက ရွင့္ထံျပန္လာမွာပဲဆိုတဲ့ စြမ္းအင္ရွိတယ္ေလ။ အဲဒါကေတာ့ က်မ အတြက္ အလုပ္ျဖစ္တဲ့ အေျခခံတရားတစ္ခုပါပဲ" လို႔ သူမရဲ႕ဆိုစကားကို သတင္းက ကိုးကား ေဖာ္ျပပါတယ္။

Dhamma Journey

At temple or house Dana, the tradition of setting animals such as birds free is really lovely. It means you have compassion and sympathy, which we need urgently in our society, for other beings. In reality, every living being is afraid of death. Therefore, people who bear empathy try to help them whenever the opportunity arises. So, the people in my community ask me for chanting blessing verses not only for themselves but also for animals which they bought for setting them free.

Dhamma Journey

I was in Sitiawan in (West) Malaysia (18/02/09 - 12/03/09) to give Dhamma service to the Buddhist community that needs Buddhist monks to lead the path correctly. Most of the time I was alone in a large temple. But I was really happy to help those who need Buddhist monks. Being this for the third time, I got to know their needs more and more in the area of Buddhism. One of them is most of the Buddhist people just know they should do Dana (offering or charity) as a Buddhist. On the other hand, the mission of some other religions have tried to convert them into their own one whenever the opportunity arises. So, I personally feel that it is our duty to get them know the Dhamma by providing the opportunity to help them learn little by little. Therefore, I am obliged to those who involved in giving the Dhamma service to the society.

Being in the right place

When we put all the plants in the right place, it become nice and meaningful. But we are regret to see the wrong persons in the wrong places in the society or community, which result in creating it unpleasant or chaotic without necessary. If most of the things or persons are in the right order or in the right place, the world would be much nicer. How do you think of it? Why don't you share your views with us!

Unity

If there were a single plant, this cannot, I think, be that nice to see.

I went to visit Jurong Bird Park, Singapore on 3th March (2009). I was really delighted to see different kinds of birds in it. Another reason for feeling really happy to visit there is the environment. The park is green with a large number of different sorts of trees and flowers. It makes it peaceful and quiet. When I saw all these things, many thoughts arose in me, for example, seeing the above picture, the thought struck me: If there were a single plant, this cannot, I think, be that nice.

Acient City - Bagan

Bagan (Burmese: ပုဂံ; MLCTS: pu.gam, pronounced [pəɡàN]), formerly Pagan, is an ancient city in the Mandalay Division of Burma. Formally titled Arimaddanapura or Arimaddana (the City of the Enemy Crusher) and also known as Tambadipa (the Land of Copper) or Tassadessa (the Parched Land), it was the ancient capital of several ancient kingdoms in Burma. It is located in the dry central plains of the country, on the eastern bank of the Ayeyarwady River, 90 miles (145 km) southwest of Mandalay.

UNESCO has unsuccessfully tried to designate Bagan as a World Heritage Site. The military junta (SPDC) has haphazardly restored ancient stupas, temples and buildings, ignoring original architectural styles and using modern materials that bear no resemblance to the original designs. Likewise, the junta has established a golf course, a paved highway, and built a 200-foot (61-m) watchtower in the southeastern suburb of Minnanthu.^[1]
